As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving user growth and engagement for our company’s digital products. Your main objective will be to develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new users through various marketing channels, including social media, SEM, email, and partnerships. You will also be responsible for analyzing user acquisition metrics, identifying trends and optimizing campaigns to improve results. Your responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage user acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet business goals.
  • Identify and target key user segments through various channels, including social media, search engines, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to optimize user acquisition campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze and report on user acquisition metrics, including cost per acquisition, lifetime value, and retention rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve user acquisition strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure effective execution of user acquisition campaigns.
  • Develop and manage budgets for user acquisition campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to user data privacy and security.


  • 2 years experience in user acquisition
  • Proven track record of paid social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Expertise in SEO and SEM tactics
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with mobile app acquisition preferred
  • Understanding of attribution modeling
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
